Charles Killebrew has over fourteen years of experience coordinating the design and construction phase services on a wide range of complex projects for leading corporate and institutional clients worldwide.
As a Project Manager at Pickard Chilton, Mr. Killebrew has led project teams for several significant headquarters and high rise projects including
• Four Seasons Place, a 59 and 36-story, 3.1 million gsf luxury hotel, residential and retail complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;
• Parcel K Office Tower, a 50-story office, 1.2 million gsf residential and retail complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;
• 900 de Maisonneuve, a 28-story office and retail tower in Montreal, Quebec;
• 1180 Peachtree, a 41-story, 1.1 million gsf LEED-CS Gold certified headquarters for King & Spalding in Atlanta, Georgia;
• CalPERS Headquarters Complex, the LEED-NC Gold certified headquarters for the largest public pension fund in the nation in Sacramento, California;
• Wells Fargo Financial Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa; and,
• One and Two Overton Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to joining Pickard Chilton, Mr. Killebrew was a Project Architect for the Chicago office of Perkins & Will. During his tenure, he collaborated on a broad range of projects including Skybridge at One North Halsted, a residential mixed-use development in Chicago; the W. W. Grainer Headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois; Sears Merchandise Group Headquarters Expansion in Hoffman Estates, Illinois; Perot Systems Headquarters in Plano, Texas; NARA Tower in Beirut, Lebanon; and the LG Electronics Research Center in Kangnam, South Korea.
Mr. Killebrew received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Killebrew is the Systems Director for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat where he is an active member of the Steering Group and Building Height Committee.
